Obituary of James Ramos
James was known as many things to many people. A father, a welder, a mentor. His most iconic title however, was probably “Famous Ramos”. In all that he did, James was well loved, and loved well. He had the great luck of finding the love of his life, Lisann, purely by fate. He joined a double date to help out his brother, and it was her turn to be the designated driver for her friend, and James and Lisann got married later that year. He loved the family that they built together, and fondly joked that the Boys’ Fishing Trip he had in April with his sons and grandsons “didn’t suck”.
As a child, he looked up to his grandfather, and thought that there was nothing cooler than watching his grandfather welding in a T-Shirt. James was positively inspired, and pursued his childhood dream of becoming a welder as well. Welding, however, was only James’ career. What James truly was, to his core, was an artist. His mode of expression had never been with his words, but with the things he created. With everything he painted, drew, and built, James was giving the world and the people he loved a part of himself. Please take a paintbrush to always carry with you a part of James, and let everything that you create be a part of his legacy.
